During my employment with prairieFyre Software Inc. I wrote a health check tool using C#, .NET 3.5, and WPF that saves hours of prairieFyre’s customer support team’s time by checking for common customer configuration problems.

My main contribution to the project was the development of the main framework for validation “plugins”, and a Windows user interface for use by our customer support team.  Because of the design of the framework, it is also very easy for other developers to create their own “plugin” validators that can be used to expand the functionality of the tool to test for specific issues with customer configuration and data sets.
